At Perspective Strategy Solutions, LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and satisfaction to all of our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is requested. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure you understand our procedures.

Refund Policy 

  1. Service-Based Refund Policy
    Since Perspective Strategy Solutions offers consulting, operations, and website development services, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below:

    a. Initial Consultation
    The initial consultation fee is non-refundable once the session has been completed. If the consultation does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 5 business days to discuss potential resolutions.

    b. Service Packages

    • Cancellation Before Start of Work: If you cancel services before any work has been initiated, you are entitled to a full refund, minus any processing and subscription fees.

    • Partial Work Completion: If services are canceled after partial work has been completed, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the percentage of work completed. We will provide documentation of the completed work to determine the amount refundable.

    • Completed Work: No refunds will be issued once the full scope of work has been completed and delivered, unless otherwise stipulated by a prior agreement.

  2. Website Development Refund Policy
    a. Deposits
    All website development projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable after the design process has started. If a client wishes to cancel before the design process begins, the deposit will be refunded, minus any applicable processing fees.

    b. Project Cancellation

    • If the project is canceled after design approval but before development, a refund for the remaining 50% may be considered at our discretion, minus the cost of work already completed (e.g., research, design, mockups).

    • No refunds will be issued once the website has been delivered and approved by the client.

  3. Non-Refundable Fees
    a. Domain registration, hosting fees, and any third-party software or tools purchased as part of the project are non-refundable.

  4. Client Dissatisfaction
    If at any point you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will work to resolve your concerns, whether through adjustments or additional revisions as outlined in the contract. Refunds based on dissatisfaction will only be considered after all reasonable efforts to rectify the situation have been exhausted.

  5. Processing Time for Refunds
    Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
