She holds a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development and Change (MSPOD) from Case Western Reserve University, where she excelled in strategic leadership, transforming operations, and empowering individuals and organizations. Sherri's career began at the Cleveland Clinic, where she quickly advanced to leadership roles, developing impactful skill-building programs that improved operations and career development for over 10,000 employees. Her expertise extended to prominent cancer centers, including University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center and MetroHealth, where she streamlined patient care and administrative operations with remarkable precision. In 2018, after her courageous battle with breast cancer, Sherri founded My Sister's Keeper, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and uplifting women facing similar challenges. The organization provides a network of care, resources, and empowerment throughout their recovery journey. Sherri is certified as a Sigma Green Belt and Project Management - Lean Process professional. She also holds an Emotionally Intelligent Leader Coaching Certificate from Case Western Reserve University, equipping her to inspire and lead with empathy and skill.
